This vault is the bankroll behind locked-odds parlays. Deposit USDC and you are the house: when bettors lose, their stake stays in the pool and your share grows. When they win, the pool pays them. The full payout of every open ticket is set aside in advance, so the vault can never owe more than it holds. You can withdraw the free part anytime; a bigger amount waits in a line and is paid out as tickets settle.
